Safety rules built in
- Answer only from the uploaded documents: call search_knowledge before every factual answer, and answer from what it returns.
- If the documents don't cover the question, say so plainly — never guess, never invent a price, policy or availability.
- When you can't answer, take the caller's name, phone number and question so a person can call back.
- Keep answers short and spoken — two or three sentences, then ask if there's anything else.
