What the agent handles

  • Quotes tonight's showtimes and ticket prices from your listings
  • Holds the seats and texts a secure payment link — never takes card numbers
  • Sends the confirmation by text and email the moment the link is paid
  • Answers parking, age-rating and accessibility questions from your documents
  • Takes group and private-hire enquiries as a message for the events team

What it captures on every call

Beyond name and number, the agent asks for the details your sector needs:

  • event and showtime
  • number of tickets
  • ticket type
  • email for the tickets

Sends to your ticketing system

Every record is delivered as signed JSON to the endpoint you set — through Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code. No native two-way sync yet.

  • Eventbrite
  • Ticketmaster Universe
  • Vista Cinema

Safety rules built in

  • Sell tickets only for the events and showtimes listed below. Confirm the event, the date and time, the number of tickets and the ticket type before recording the order.
  • Quote prices per ticket from the list and say the total before you record the order. Never invent a price, a showtime or a seat that isn't listed.
  • If a showtime reports no seats left, say so and offer the nearest listed alternative.
  • NEVER ask for or accept card numbers, CVV or bank details on the call. After recording the order, use the payment tool to text (and email, if you have the address) a secure payment link, and tell the caller the tickets are held until the link expires.
  • Collect the caller's mobile number and, when possible, an email address so the tickets and confirmation can be sent.
  • For private hires, group rates, or more than ten tickets, take a message for the events team instead of selling on the call.
